Why It's Different for Pest Controls
Most pest-controls have no idea that 'rank in the local 3-pack for my city' is even a goal that you can aim at directly. It is. And when you hit it, the calls do not stop.
If you cover cockroach infestations and bed bugs as a pest-control, your customers are searching for those exact words on Google before they call anyone. Pest Controls who match those phrases on their Google listing pick up the calls before the competitors do.
What We Actually Do
In our experience working with pest-controls, this is the part most pest-control owners do not realise. Google decides who gets called before the customer even sees a price or a review. We do the technical work that most owners hate: writing schema markup, optimising local citations, monitoring rank for the keywords that actually convert, fixing site speed issues, sorting NAP consistency. You never have to know what any of those words mean. We just do the work and report on the result.
For pest-controls, the search terms that matter are not "pest-control" on its own. The buying-intent searches are urgent variations like "cockroach infestations" and "rat and mouse infestations". We target those exact phrases on your Google profile and on the pest-control pages of your site.
What Most Owners Get Wrong
Talking to pest-controls who have come through our door, the same story comes up every time. Pest Controls are doing the work properly but the customers searching online cannot find them. The thing nobody tells you when you start a trade is that being good at the work is about a third of the battle. The other two thirds are getting found and not letting calls go to voicemail. We help with both.
The Clients We Already Run
In our experience working with pest-controls, this is the part most pest-control owners do not realise. Google decides who gets called before the customer even sees a price or a review. Honest signal-to-noise: we charge real money to seven real UK businesses. We do not have free trials, partner programmes, affiliate links, or fake testimonials. Everything we do is paid for by people running their own trades businesses.
Next Step: A Free Audit
Easiest first step: free audit. Send us your business name and town and we will send back a one-page assessment of your Google listing, your website speed, and where you rank locally. No call required.
The Three Things That Move the Needle
Local SEO and Google Business Profile
Most SEO agencies work in three-month cycles and do nothing in between. We work weekly. Google Business Profile post on Monday, citation check on Tuesday, ranking pull on Wednesday, content review on Thursday. By Friday we know what is working and what to change.
Missed-Call Text-Back
If you cannot answer the phone (because you are on a job), the system automatically texts the caller back within seconds. The reply reads something like 'Hi, can't pick up right now, on a job. What do you need? I'll be back to you within the hour.'. About a third of those texts turn into actual jobs that would otherwise have been lost.
Review Automation
The reply rate sits around 30% across our existing clients, which is roughly five to six times what owners get when they ask in person. Most owners forget to ask half the time anyway.

Frequently Asked
What does it actually cost?
Two numbers, no surprises. £199 for the website itself (built and hosted by us, yours to keep). £199 a month after that for the management. Three months minimum.
What do you actually do every month?
Specifically: build and host your website, run your Google Business Profile weekly, set up review automation, set up missed-call text-back, write four blog posts a month, send a monthly report. That is the full list.
Do I need to do anything technical?
No. You do not need to do anything technical at any point. We handle the website, the Google profile, the SEO, the reviews, all of it. The only thing we ask for is information about your business and a few photos if you have them.
What if I already have a website?
Fine. We will migrate it over. The domain stays in your name. The content comes with it. The bits that work, we keep. The bits that do not, we replace.
How long until I see results?
Truthfully, we cannot put a number on it because every business is different. What we can tell you is what happened with our existing clients: most started seeing extra calls from Google within four to six weeks and meaningful ranking improvements by month three.
Can I cancel?
Three months is the minimum because that is how long it takes to do meaningful SEO work. After that you can leave whenever you want. Website yours, domain yours, no exit fees.
