Straight answers.

Is asking for reviews allowed?

Yes. Asking every happy customer the same way is fine. What's not allowed is paying for reviews or only asking people you expect to be positive, and we never do either.

Who writes the replies?

We do, in your voice. Anything sensitive, like a complaint, comes to you first before anything is posted.

Do you reply to old reviews?

We reply to reviews from the last six months. Older ones are left as they are.

Is it extra?

No. Review replies are included in £129 a month, and review requests will be too when they arrive.
