Terms of Service

Your package is what we agreed with you in writing (by email, message or order). It sets out the services included, any one-off setup fee and your monthly price.

Your package has a minimum term of 3 months from your start date. After that, it continues month to month.

You can cancel at any time by giving us one month’s written notice by email to james.wilson@swiftlead.co.uk.

Your service, and your payments, continue for one month after we receive your notice, or until the end of your minimum term if that is later. Any monthly payment that falls due during that period is payable as normal. We will confirm your end date in writing.

Monthly fees are paid in advance by card. If a payment fails we will let you know and try again. If it is still unpaid after 7 days, we may pause your services until it is paid.

Any one-off setup fee covers work we start straight away, so it is non-refundable once work has begun.

Where your package includes managing ads (for example Google Ads), you pay the ad spend directly to the ad platform on your own card. Our management fee is separate. If you cancel, we pause the campaigns we manage by your end date.

• Website: hosting stops on your end date. Before then, we will send you your content (text, blog articles and your own photos) on request, and we will help you point your domain elsewhere.
• Domain: if the domain is registered in your name, it stays yours.
• Other services: Google profile management, missed-call text-back, Quote Builder and other services stop on your end date.

Your logo, photos, reviews and the content you give us remain yours. The website design and our software remain SwiftLead’s; you may use them for as long as your package is active.

We will give you at least one month’s written notice of any price change or change to these terms.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
