Is this the real Quote Builder?

This is a simplified, interactive demonstration using fictional details. The live product adds your business branding, private enquiry access, saved drafts, downloadable PDFs and a private customer response link. Nothing you enter in this demo is sent to a business or saved as a quote.

Can I start a quote from an enquiry?

Yes. In your private Quote Builder, choose a recent enquiry to carry the customer's contact details and request into a quote. Optional photos stay with the private enquiry, ready to review before deciding the scope and price.

Can customers accept on their phone?

Yes. They open the private quote link, read the PDF and confirm acceptance of its scope, price and conditions. They can also ask a question. Responses appear with the quote, and the business receives a response notification.

What about VAT, deposits and itemised prices?

The live product supports a single total or itemised pricing, the business's configured VAT treatment, deposit wording, exclusions and conditions. The demo shows a single total with optional example VAT and deposit figures.

Does accepting a quote take payment or book a date?

No. Acceptance records the customer's response to that quote. The business and customer arrange the work, start date and any payment directly.
